2001 marks Dr. Fields' 30th year of practicing general dentistry in the Heart of Van Nuys. After receiving his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Public Health at UCLA, Dr. Fields attended the USC School of Dentistry. His education in Public Health has greatly impacted his practice. His commitment to dentistry extends beyond the office door, and into the community. The office is truly a family practice, and we are pleased that in some cases, three generations of the same family are our patients.

Dr. Fields seeks to improve his practice and increase his knowledge by yearly taking continuing education courses. He is a member the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.Because he feels it is important to give back to his community, Dr. Fields is very active in Van Nuys. He is a Board Member of the Mid-Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of the Jeopardy Foundation, Co-Chair the Mid-Valley Business Watch, and a member of the Mid-Valley Police Council. He is also active in the Van Nuys Targeted Initiative. Additionally, Dr. Fields helps to raise funds for the YMCA and works with Children of the Night.

    Assisting Dr. Fields is Dr. Shideh Mansouri, a general dentist, Dr. Noushin Fani, a periodontist (gum specialist), and Dr. Parham Mansouri, an endodontist
